Registration
- Users must be 18 years and above
- Users must use their real details at registration (failure to do so will result in penalties)
- Each user can only register once
- Each household can only have a maximum of 3 accounts

Types of auctions
We have 7 different types of auctions.
- Manual only auctions.
- Five cent auctions.
- One cent auctions.
- Free auctions.
- Beginner auctions.
- Normal auctions.
- Blind auctions.

Tokens
- Tokens used or purchased are not refundable.
- The 10 complimentary Tokens given at registration will only be available for bidding upon the first
purchase of a Token Pack.
- All Tokens have an expiry date – complimentary Tokens expire in 7 days; purchased Tokens expire in 180
days.

Eligible auctions
- Each user is allowed to win a maximum of 8 unique auctions in 14 days
- At any one time, each user is allowed to participate in a maximum of 8 auctions, minus the number of auctions you have won in the last 14 days.

Beginner’s auctions
- Only for users who have won less than 3 auctions (Not including Free Token Pack Auctions).
- Do note that in the event you win an auction, you will still be allowed to continue bidding on the Live Beginner Auctions in which you have placed bids before.

Overbidding
- Winners will have 3 eligible auctions deducted for the next 28 days.
- Not applicable to Free Auctions.

Delivery
- Free delivery within Singapore
