Price and Shipping
- All Token Packs and Token Auctions are inclusive of GST. Final Bid Prices of Auctions are exclusive of GST. Free shipping within Singapore.
Payment
- We accept payment using VISA and MasterCard.
Payment Deadline
- Upon confirmation of a successful auction, you have 14 days to make payment. The item will be shipped out upon receipt of payment.
Order Cancellation
- If you would like to cancel an order, please inform us via our inquiry form. Order cancellations are not accepted after payment has been received.
Product Delivery
- We currently provide free delivery. The product will be delivered to your registered address within 14 days (upon confirmation of payment).
Product Recommendation
- If you have any product that you would like to see on our site, please feel free to contact us. If your suggestion is selected, you may be awarded bonus tokens!
